Do you offer custom or personalized balloons?
Yes! We create personalized balloons with names, messages, or designs. To place a custom order, please email us at hello@pop-dazzle.com
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 3–5 days in advance, especially for custom or large event installations. For urgent requests, feel free to reach out—we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Do you deliver balloons?
Yes! We offer local delivery within 10 miles of our Pittsburgh location. Delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up my order instead of getting it delivered?
Absolutely! In-store pickup is available between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Just choose the pickup option at checkout.
What happens if my balloons deflate or get damaged after delivery?
Helium balloons are sensitive and must be handled with care. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for damage caused after delivery. If a product arrives defective, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or store credit.
How do I book event planning or balloon decor services?
